Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged

  • Size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges for a different design are not available.

What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or wear

  • Products without original packaging or tags

Process

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. After inspection, your exchange will be processed.
